Qi Gong Therapy

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that empowers the individual
through Qi-building breath work, Qi-transforming exercises and
meditation.  Together these practices awaken the individual, increasing
his/her intuition and sensitivity to energy, and helping them to live with
compassion and spiritual awareness. In Qi Gong Therapy a practitioner
utilizes the skills of directing and transforming Qi to help others in their
healing process. Sara incorporates Qi Gong therapy in her treatments to
increase and balance Qi flow in her patients.

Ro-Hun Therapy

RoHun is a systematic and rapid-acting transformational therapy for
personal growth and change. As an energy-based
 method of healing,
RoHun blends spiritual and
psychological processes to access and clear
emotional blocks that result from life’s experiences
 as well as
dysfunctional life scripts. The course of therapy follows a progression of
steps from ego development to ego transcendence. In this way, RoHun
is unique because it is a process of self-enlightenment as well as an
emotional therapy. For more information:

Color and Sound Healing

A Color and Sound treatment is an energetic healing that can bring the
patient into a state of deep relaxation and help them to reconnect with a
sense of well-being and calm. A therapist who employs color and sound
in his/her treatments works through the chakra system. Through the use
of color and sound, the therapist brings each chakra back into balance.
‘Chakra’ is a sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel.’ It refers to seven energy
centers in the body that distribute life force energy to the physical body.
As energy centers, chakras vibrate at certain frequencies, and each
chakra is associated with a certain color and a certain sound. When a
person is experiencing physical or emotional symptoms, bringing the
chakra system into balance can have a profound effect on the condition.
The following chart provides examples of the chakra system’s
relationship to physical and emotional well-being.

This treatment can be done alone or combined with acupuncture.

Energy Readings

Sara is an ordained minister and a registered medium with Dephi
University in McCaysville, Ga (
www.delphiu.com). In
acupuncture/energy reading combinations, Sara uses her intuitive skills to
help the patient recognize and release energetic and emotional blocks
that may be preventing them from leading a full and joyful life.

What to Expect in a Treatment

During your first visit we will review your overall health and
address specific health concerns you may have. The detailed information
gathered during this session is vital to the formation of an accurate
diagnosis and prognosis. After the initial consultation, we will have a one
hour acupuncture session. Most people notice a difference in their
overall well being after the first treatment, and subsequent treatments
often lead to significant shifts in a patient’s condition. It is difficult to say
exactly how many treatments it will take to reach our goals, however a
typical course of treatment is 8-10 sessions.
During the initial treatment I offer the addition of color and sound
therapy or an energy reading to your acupuncture session free of charge.
Please request this service when you make your appointment.
