Combined, the two provide amazing benefits. 1 hour - $70 5 Sessions - $300

What is Reiki? Reiki is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Many have reported miraculous results.
What is Reflexology? Reflexology has been described as a natural therapy that requires the application of a specific type of pressure on particular areas of the feet and hands. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. Reflexology is different than massage. It is thought that reflexology works through nerve endings whereas massage is applied to the muscles and soft tissue of the body.
