Gregory Beale is a certified and licensed massage therapist in
Cambridge, MA.  He graduated from the Massage Institute of New
England (M.I.N.E) in 2007 where he studied Swedish massage,
deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy), and
Thai yoga bodywork.

With Gregory you can a expect seamless integration of modalities with
a strong emphasis on deep breathing from the core, stretching,
correct posture and increased range of motion with the aim of
making you feel and perform better!

After extensive work in the M.I.N.E clinic, Gregory has come up with
a 1/2 hour mini routine for office workers who came in with the same
ailments. It's focus is on the upper back, neck, shoulders and
forearms.
